Weekly and monthly discounts are already built into the calendar and will be reflected once you enter your dates. 2 Twin Beds + 1 King Bed + 1 Queen-Size Pull-Out Couch. All summer reservations must be from Saturday to Saturday. Must be 25 unless otherwise approved. $50 parking pass is a one-time charge per vehicle due at the guardhouse upon arrival. 2 vehicle max, paid by card (no cash). Pass lasts the duration of your stay.

There is an abundance of sea life -dolphins, manatees, and stingrays to see. Walk to beach -deeded access- and take our cooler/ beach chairs.

We are on beach Blvd and very close to all the attractions and walking distance to restaurants and some surf shops, etc. We love this condo and think you and your family will as well. Sleeps 6 but a max 4 adults. $25 one time parking fee that will be a digital QR code upon arrival.
