Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. I'm a small cabin located in a wonderful setting with other houses on gravel roads. My owners put their hearts and souls into my creation. I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. Located 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a delightful small WNC town. I'm up the hill from a small private lake *as of summer '24 - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs*. NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING - strict policy.
