Über mehrere Jahre hinweg wurde das Haus seinem Zufall überlassen, aber vor kurzem (2016) wurde es komplett renoviert mit absolutem Respekt für die Historizität von Raum und seiner Objekten.Die untere Etage des Hauses wird am Airbnb unter dem Namen " Chalet Orfeas "
