Studio type 5 mins from Ocean City-

New Flooring! Studio type guest home, only 5 to 7 minutes to Ocean City, Maryland or Assateague island. Guest home has Assateague bay view (no private access to the Bay) and a private entrance to the guest home. Seasonal, summer rental (or year round maybe considered). Preferably adults and kids ages 10 and above due to steep stairs. No breakfast included. After cleaning, We use Lysol to sanitize the air. Please let us know if you don’t like it and we will not use before your checkin.

This cute little first floor efficiency condo is ocean front for a perfect vacation to the beach. It’s an older building but has been partially renovated and updated. You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing. WiFi provided upon check in- xfinity, Netflix, and internet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a full kitchen. Closet and dresser for storage use.

There are two units in the house. This is the downstairs guest house. We invite you to start family traditions here and return year after year. We offer free boat trailer storage included with your rental as we are .25 miles from the West Ocean City public boat launch.
