This peaceful and private apartment comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a Georgian mansion house just off the A82 set in an incredible nine acre woodland garden with a riverside walk up to a beautiful loch. There is a spacious living room with wood burner and large kitchen with aga cooker and dining. The bathroom features a double ended bath and shower. Glasgow City centre, Glasgow Airport and Loch Lomond are within 15-20 minute drive from the house which has private, secure parking.

Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the hallway. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is a kids play area. Easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Arrochar Alps, Faslane and Coulport Naval bases.
