You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Be connected to over 200 miles of world-class bike trails, 7 golf courses and 7 lakes with Lake Avalon being just a short .7 mile hike down the trail behind the house!
