Welcome to Blueberry Hill Cabin in the Smokies, a cozy, rustic 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin on 1.4 acres of hillside located in Almond with amazing views of the Smokies from the firepit. Central to the areas activities, the days can seem short with easy access to Fontana Lake, the Appalachian Trail, Tsali Recreation Area, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Nantahala Gorge, & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A great place to relax, connect, and get outdoors - whether it is swimming, paddling, fishing, hiking, or biking! Close to Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and Cherohala Skyway. A 10 minute walk to the lake and adjacent hiking trails. Enjoy your time lounging on the screened-in porch, cooking out on the griddle, sitting by the fire pit on the back deck, or soaking in the hot tub.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.
