The access to the island is via a ferry (Prizna - Zigljen line) or the bridge (bridge of Pag). Average monthly temperature from May to September is above 20°C. The richness of the aromatic plants - and herbs with healing properties - which grow on the island give the local food (like sheep's cheese or lamb) a unique flavour. Local industries are collecting and processing sea-salt and lace-making. The island also boasts scientifically-acknowledged healing mud. The city of Pag is the oldest town on the island (on 30th March.1244, Bela IV granted it a charter to confirm its free royal status). The town itself has 20 km of sand beaches. The city beach is ideal for sport & fun and it is appropriate & safe for children. Near the beach there are also restaurants and cafés. In beiden Wohnzimmern, in beiden Wohnungen, gibt es eine Schlafcouch für eine weitere Person. Im Innenhof der Villa befindet sich ein Swimmingpool (22,5 m²) ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm und Außendusche sowie eine überdachte Terrasse 12 m² mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Klimaanlage, WLAN-Internetzugang, Sat-TV, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Babybett und Hochstuhl sowie Parkplätz auf dem Grundstück stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Geschäft und Restaurant befinden sich in einer Entfernung von 350 m und das Zentrum der Insel Vir in einer Entfernung von 2000 m. Der nächste Strand, Strand Miljkovica, befindet sich in einer Entfernung von 450 m von diesem Anwesen.
