Ruime open woonkamer, vier slaapkamers, badkamer met Whirlpool, zonnige tuin op het zuiden. Het centrum van Rotterdam ligt op slechts 10 minuten met de tram (halte 200m). Onze woning is in tweeën gesplitst en top geïsoleerd, begane grond is de suite met een aparte ingang (tuin). Onze kamer beschikt over luxe opties zoals een bubbelbad met sfeerlicht, elektrische gordijnen, ledverlichting, sterrenhemel een kluis en nog meer. Excl. borg van €250,- deze dient vooraf overgemaakt te worden.

Een verblijf op onze nieuwste Wikkelboat 3 (opening begin nov. 2021) in de Rijnhaven wordt onvergetelijk! Op een toplocatie, gelegen tussen de metropolische Kop van Zuid en het hippe Katendrecht en vlakbij het bruisende centrum en voorzien van een grote keuken! Wikkelboats zijn zeer comfortabele tiny houseboats welke multifunctioneel en duurzaam zijn ingericht. Kom heerlijk tot rust, hangend in de tweepersoons hangmat onder de veranda en/of geniet van het prachtige uitzicht vanuit je jacuzzi!

This design apartment on the Maas quay is unique because of its location and design. Everything shows that it was renovated under the supervision of an interior architect. The 4 meter high ceilings and the enormous surface of 350m2 make this house feel very spacious. Located in the center and historic district Delfshaven, there are many attractions within walking distance. Because the metro and tram stops are close to the house, the rest of Rotterdam is also quickly and easily accessible.
