It is spacious enough to be inside with bench kitchen and coffee pot . Dogs ok $50 cleaning fee each additional dog is $25. Thier is access to state park trail from the back yard.I built it for my fellow Veteran brothers/sisters who may have some disabilities but still can enjoy it, so 15% off if you do rent. We operate a coffee shop on the lower floor of the house on seasonal weekends so expect light noise after 7am (shop opens at 8 am) but come down for a complimentary coffee or tea and a homemade scone Saturday and Sunday morning.
