The 2 bedroom villa features hardwood floors, shiplap wall detail and a 70" smart tv, sunroom with panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, and access to water toys and a boat slip (must reserve ahead of time). Ready for you to enjoy lake life!

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.
