Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie (draps retirés, nettoyage vaisselles, toilettes propres, poubelles vidées, aspirateur). MERCI

The apartment is easily accessible to many beautiful walks, vineyards and ski areas with Geneva airport a 30 min drive. Very close to bus stop "Bassins Tillette" with 20 min journey to Gland train station. The closest ski resorts are St-Cergues (15 mins) and La Dole (30 min).

Located in XVIII century house, in a quiet neighbourhood, within a 2 min walk to Genolier train station, which provides quick access to Nyon (15min) and Geneva (30min). Also 8min drive to the freeway. Guest has exclusive access to the apartment.
