The Gumbo Getaway is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin with a king bed and a full sofa sleeper in the living room. Our cabin was built in 2021. We welcome our guests to come enjoy our cozy spot in the hill country with the convenience of staying only 15 mins from Main Street in Fredericksburg. **Guests are permitted to walk the road starting at the cattle guard entrance and ending at The Lagniappe Lodge. (The LL has a big rock sign out front.) Do not walk past the Lagniappe Lodge.**

This luxurious boutique cabin (one of 3) is located in the heart of the Fredericksburg wine country. This cabin has recently finished construction and is located on my 26 acre ranch on a beautiful hilltop about 5 miles outside of Fredericksburg. We have a horse and three donkeys that guests can feed upon request. Our guests love the fabulous views and sunsets, the quiet serenity, and the well thought out cabin amenities. The Sycamore is a treehouse-inspired luxury getaway overlooking the Palo Alto creek. It is the ideal place for your visit to the Texas Hill Country. Only three feet off the ground on one side makes the treehouse very accessible, but a steep creek bank gives you the impression of perching high in the branches. The five treehouses at HoneyTree's The Meadow are secluded and quiet, but conveniently located only 8 minutes from Main Street.
