Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Pet friendly! Private 500 sq ft studio apartment above free standing garage. Full size kitchen if you want to stay in. Queen bed and couch with pull out bed. Private bath with shower, cable TV, wifi, Apple TV. In ground pool, in backyard with outdoor shower for you and your dogs. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood, located 1-2 miles from beautiful beaches and golf courses. Just 10 minutes away from Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. It is a short .8 of a mile to the closest beach access where you can enjoy the ocean.

Less than a mile from The Garden City Pier & 5 min from The Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, with lots to do in between. Everything including arcades, restaurants, live music, pier fishing, kayak/jet ski/golf cart rentals, karaoke, bars, & shops are all within a mile to two miles from the condo.

Main pool, hot tub and 2 tennis/pickleball courts are open year round. Satellite pools are seasonal. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown.
