I do live in the house. My place is one block from a direct bus route to the French Quarter (3 miles away), pizza, Chinese, sushi and local grocery. Close to City Park, and interstate yet in a quiet clean neighborhood. My house is clean and comfortable. Outside security lights and alarm for safety. I do launder ALL bedding (sheets, blankets, bedspread, and shams) between each guest. All areas will be properly cleaned and sanitized (including remotes, light switches, door knobs, etc.).

This beautiful home is located in the quiet Gentilly area of the city , about 8 minutes away from the French Quarter, 4.2 mi. from the Superdome ,4.0 mi from Bourbon St, and only 1 minute drive to I-10 and literally steps away from Walmart.
