The stunning lagoon style pool is wonderful to take a dip or a swim to cool off from sunny days (1.35 - 1.40 m depth). The pool has climatised heating of between 24 to 28 degrees. Enjoy the luxurious hot tub which is also heated on the roof terrace overlooking the distant sand dunes sea & mountains or star gazing the night sky.

Shopping facilities in 2 min walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet area. The eat-in kitchen is spacious and is equipped with everything you need. The two bedrooms are equipped with 2 comfortable double beds. The private terrace is large and ideal for dining, overlooking the gardens.

Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”

La casa es amplia y de una sola planta, tiene un gran salón y un comedor acristalado con vistas al pequeño jardín. El porche es una maravilla, para desayunar o cenar, con sofá y hamaca para relajarse. El jardín de plantas tropicales con una piscina muy pequeña para refrescarse medidas 3x2 m. y 0,50 m de profundidad con tumbonas para tomar el sol . La cocina es independiente y perfectamente equipada.
