Parklands House: Luxury Home w/ Hot Tub Near Bryce

This large modern farmhouse-style home is a perfect base for your Southern Utah adventures. The house is situated in the charming town of Panguitch, just 20 miles from Bryce Canyon NP, 75 miles from Zion NP, 35 miles from Brian Head Ski Resort, and a short hop to Grand Staircase Escalante, Capital Reef, Cedar Breaks, and many other amazing outdoor destinations. The house itself was built in 2018 and is perfect for large groups, families, or couples looking for luxury, peace, and quiet.

Azevedo Ranch - Cowboy Cabin

(Since the bunk beds are for kids only, the cabin will only accommodate 3 adults and 2 children.) Spectacular 101 acre “Garden of Eden” in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. A 1/4 mile of the Sevier River runs through it with German brown and rainbow trout. Additionally we have a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas.

Little Desert Escapes

Relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing in our newly renovated house. Located on the quiet street of Griffin Lane. Our central air will keep you cool and comfortable while you cook dinner in our fully furnished kitchen or you may use the BBQ on the back patio. After dinner you can hang out around the fire pit in the backyard roasting marshmallows, play one of many board games available, or just chill and watch TV in the living room or one of our comfortable bedrooms.

A Peek of Bryce

Beautiful home with beautiful views!!! Antelope and elk can often be seen in the field behind the house and the bright orange cliffs of Bryce are at a every angle from the front of the house. 6-8 o’clock the hillside lights up and you can’t help but stop and stare at the majestic views!!!! Bryce is 15 minutes away and Zion about an hour, great home base if your looking for low key town. There are about 5 restaurants and a bar that is within walking distance from the home.

You'll have the entire cabin and canyon to yourself, explore our ATV/walking trails, rock hunters will love the abundance of agate rocks around the property. Conveniently and easily accessible right off of Hwy 89. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and families. (Note: no A/C and no pets allowed.)

The modern conveniences of The Little House sharply contrast the old-fashioned construction. Original rough sawn ceiling joist are exposed, with the builder's layout marks clearly visible on the ceiling highlight the main living area where you can relax on the sofa. Along with the flat-screen TV, scorching fast 1 gigabit per second fiber internet (1000 Mbps) is available for streaming.
