Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Welcome to our brand new river front cottage “Kanauga Landing”! This 2 bedroom cottage offers an excellent place to unplug and relax on the Ohio river here in Kanauga/ Gallopolis Ohio area. Farm house in the country . About 6 miles from Lake Vesuvius in Pedro , Ohio Large yard. Near a small creek . Great for hunters or if you just want to get away. The house has window air conditioners. There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . NO INTERNET OR WI-FI. But there is a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also. Call or email me for more info.

The historic Dean William A. Lewis house moved from its original site in the 1970's to its current location. This charming 4 bedroom home is conveniently located, a mere 100 yards, from the University of Rio Grande campus. It is walking distance to plays, sporting events and graduation. This is also a wonderful, centrally located, home base for motorcyclists touring the area.
