We are offering this water front vacation cabin for your enjoyment. It is nestled on the bank of Licking Creek in south eastern Fulton County PA. We are about 12 minutes from I70 and border 5,600 acres of public land where the Tuscarora Trail is located. This cabin is modern and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, HVAC system, washer, dryer, fireplaces, fire pits, a hot tub, private white sand beach, fishing, wildlife viewing, 4 charcoal grills, and a deck overlooking Licking Creek.

Guests have complete privacy inside the cottage with a full kitchen, two TV's, Wi-Fi, and a mini split system for heating and cooling. As well as exclusive access to the hot tub, fire pit and pond outside! We also have various shared hiking trails through the woods surrounding the cottage for campers and cottage guests to enjoy!

3 Bedroom Farmhouse located out in the country. A front porch overlooks a pasture and pond. A back porch overlooks barns, animals, and fields. A dining room table with seating for six. A spacious living room with a wrap around sofa. A fully furnished kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. One bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with twin bunks. The spacious bathroom also includes washer and dryer. There are two ponds stocked for fishing.

The Guest House at Serenity Springs

The Serenity Springs guest house is a space for folks to come enjoy nature in comfort. 4 guests easily sleep in the beds, the sleeper sofa is a queen, and we have two single fold-away cots (best for children). We also have lots of infant / toddler equipment and welcome kids! No TV. No smoking - indoors OR outdoors. No pets.
