Begin the day with coffee and fresh air on a screened porch with city views from high up. The interior is designed for comfort, with a wicker rocking chair and piles of cushions. Parquet floors lead from an open-plan living area to a quiet bedroom. Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Everything is updated and clean from floor to ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line queen mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings or you can convert the high end sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Sparkling bathroom. 50 inch TV with Roku and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to - America's Mart - Phillips Arena - World Conference Center - Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Centennial Park - Coca-Cola Museum - Georgia Aquarium - less than 1 block to restaurants and convenience stores. I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed.. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building. Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Key fabs available in order to freely enter and exit the building after check in. I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the airbnb app for messages to guarantee delivery. The condo is in the downtown Hotel District, walking distance to Falcons and Hawks games. The World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University, and CNN are also in the neighborhood. 2 MARTA stations are close by. Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price. Other Notes: I have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. I welcome all! Come and stay at "The B Unit".

Host lives in separate lower level unit and unless requested to provide a tour of the space, will engage via text message to respect guest's privacy. Street parking with residential parking pass provided. Upstairs unit private balcony with fire feature. Plenty of room for up to 8. Formal dining room. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Fiber, Direct TV with NFL Ticket. Full kitchen. Full laundry. Several hundred feet from Piedmont Park's event Mecca - Charles Allen Gate. Garden yard with several outdoor living spaces. Situated high up in Midtown's best corner location offers loads of privacy, yet all the action you wish to see. Guests have complete and private access of upstairs residential unit and private upstairs terrace balcony. Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. With 25 different arts and cultural venues, more than 30 permanent performing arts groups, and 22 various entertainment facilities, Midtown features the largest concentration of arts facilities and organizations in the Southeast. All options available here. Close proximity to many attractions and Piedmont Park, makes walking a viable option. Street parking available with residential parking pass. Marta Midtown Transit station is a 12-15 minute walk. Uber is a common travel method. But our favorite mode is a bicycle ride to Piedmont Park or the Atlanta Beltline Trail. Free off-street parking. Walking distance to parks, restaurants and nightlife. Heart of Morningside/Virginia Highland. Near Piedmont Park. Large bedroom w/bath on main with additional full bath on main. 2 bedrooms with bathroom between upstairs. No parties, no smoking/vaping anywhere. $500 fee if we find evidence of smoking - including, but not limited to smell. No firearms. Please observe city noise ordinance. (11 pm - 8:00 am). We provide plastic ware for the pool - please no glass of any kind outside. We charge a $500 fee for any evidence of glass out back. Our goal is for you to have a great trip. Outdoor security cameras on site. We prefer rental age 25 and over. Centrally located between Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Phipp's Plaza and Lenox Mall. Morningside/Inman/Grady Schools. All utilities are included. In ground pool with one of the few diving boards in the neighborhood. Very open and light. This is a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood; not appropriate for parties or loud comings and goings between 10 pm and 8 am. The entire home. The master bedroom and master bath are on the main floor. There is a full bathroom also on the main level. The two bedrooms upstairs have a full bathroom between them. Whenever they need something - we reply within the hour and we are happy to meet them in person. Morningside/Virginia Highland is an oasis within the city. The house is in the city, a short walk to local shops and restaurants; parks and outdoor activities are on the doorstep. Sporting events and concerts are also a short ride away. Uber, Lyft, MARTA Our favorite neighborhood and one of the best/most convenient in Atlanta.

This peaceful oasis creates the perfect setting to enjoy Freedom Park with direct access to the Atlanta Eastside PATH trail and connectivity to the famous Atlanta BeltLine. This home was recently featured on the 2018 Tour of Homes. Main level and upstairs of the house. No access to closets, dresser drawers, basement apartment or garage. Available for questions via phone or text. The house is in Candler Park, a neighborhood on the east side of the city, close to downtown. The area borders Little Five Points, Inman Park, Lake Claire, Druid Hills, and Edgewood. Walk—or take a quick ride share—to many restaurants and bars. Uber, Driving or MARTA Please - No parties (including loud music). No smoking (including Vape/E-Cigs). No Children (with some exceptions, please reach out and provide additional details).
