Beautiful cabin on 6 acres with a large screened-in porch and stunning view of Ada Valley. Main cabin has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a loft with another king and a trundle bed (two twins), and a spacious, open kitchen and living area. Adjacent bunkhouse 20 feet from the house will accommodate 6 more guests. The bunkhouse is a simple space but does have AC/heat. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Secluded, wooded setting would make a natural family getaway. Pets allowed.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Located at Rockwater Marina this 400 sqft home floats on the Arkansas River. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. A total of 17 wooded acres provides ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are currently two other rental cabins on the mountain, however, it is private and peaceful with amazing mountain views. Under 10 minutes to local eateries, grocery stores, Lake Hamilton and more.
