The bedroom is furnished with queen memory foam bed, iron and ironing board, work (study) space and mini refrigerator. Camera surveillance 24/7 outside of the house. NOTE: We just got the permit to work on the backyard so there will be construction noise between 8am to 5pm. Sorry for any inconvenience!

My home is located in a calm & safe neighborhood of Costa Mesa, a short 8 minute drive to the beach (2.3 miles). The house is a cozy (1,100 sqft) 3 bedroom rancho, built in the early 50's & nestled between 2 large front and back yards in which we have some wildlife. I cater mainly to single guests even though I accept 2 with an extra charge. You will share the house with me alone. Parking is always available right in front of the house. See you then!
