Welcome to paradise on the White River in Indianapolis! I personally designed, built, and lived in this house for six years - one of the best periods of my life. You will find a sense of peace and feel like you are in another world, all while being right in the middle of Indianapolis! Explore the river on the kayaks, bask in the sun, take in the wildlife. The "purple house" is a 2 bedroom 1 bath gem. Located in the heart of one of the city's best neighborhoods. A full kitchen, modern bathroom, living room with a sofa sleeper, smart TV, & a portable bluetooth speaker. WIFI is available throughout the property. The outdoor space consists of a cozy side porch & a fenced in backyard oasis with patio seating, a fire pit, gas grill & fresh herbs from the plant box. Free Street Parking is included. An air mattress is also available on request.

From the moment you walk in, this historic home (built in 1939) envelopes you with its charm. Enjoy Original hardwoods, two bedrooms (one with a king, the other, a queen size bed), three smart TV’s, broadband WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen to make those amazing dinners you can enjoy in the dining room or breakfast nook! Washer and dryer in basement. Fireplace is NOT useable-just for show! Security features include ADT, ring & keypad entry. Close to park, hospital & interstate.
