Plenty of shopping, Super Target, Super Walmart, B.J.'s, Costco , Dick's Sporting Goods, etc. Lost of restaurants close by; $ to $$$. Only 20 minutes from Atlanta! Finally, there's tons of things to do in addition to enjoying the lake. Many parks and hiking trails, Cumming City Center, Lanier Islands Water Park, and golf.

Boat and Jet Skis cannot be rented, but I can give you local rentals and you can tie them to the dock for a homebase. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.

Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.
