Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Our house is not only suitable for family outings, but also for business trips. It is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Whether you are relaxing or working on a business trip, Within a 4- to 10-minute drive, there are shopping malls, shops, restaurants and conveniences of all sizes. It is only about a 3-minute drive from Folsom down town.

The cottage has no kitchen however it has Freg, microwave , toaster oven, and coffee machine
