I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

A nice, romantic cabin like pool house, two stories, all wooden interior and finished living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful view of woods and pool from deck and balcony. Flat screen, gas fire place, and Pool available but not heated in the winter. The cabin offer place to sleep for 4 people, two in the bedroom with queen size bed and two in de banquets of the living-room. Please respect our rate schedule additional guests after the first 4 are required to pay $25/night per person.
