Scandi-Style Loft Close to Cosmopolitan Norwood Parade

A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Studio 35A is a welcoming fully self-contained compact open plan (approx. 28 sq.mtrs) studio which leads to a large garden space. Everything you need is here if you want to explore Adelaide, being just a 5-10 minute by car ride to the city, or a two minute walk to the bus stop which will take you to the Adelaide city centre. Norwood and North Adelaide are a 5-10 minute car ride. Garden area with BBQ & Pizza Oven. PRIME LOCATION- wide tree lined streets- Fully equipped kitchen & washing machine.

Morialta Falls Trail and a winter creek is within a 5 minute walk leading to a conservation park. Cosmopolitan Norwood is a 10 minute drive. Explore Adelaide Hills and wineries! Supermarket and public bus to the O-Bahn and the city are close by. Own driveway, front and back door. Fridge and electric oven. King bedroom with ensuite. Floorboards throughout. Outdoor seating. We are generational owners and a fig tree still stands in the large back yard, often with rainbow lorikeets visiting.

The warehouse deck, accessible to guests, overlooks Second Creek and beautiful Borthwick Park with its ancient River Redgums. Ideal for long or shorter stays, the space can be modified for working from home or study with a table and office chair if you prefer.

Our home is close to parks, cinema, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to the beach. You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast.

Minutes to CBD (bus top 2), Burnside Village and Norwood Parade Self contained newly renovated home studio separated from the main house with a back gate that can access to it. The queen size bed is big enough for 2 adults (+/- 1 young kid). Free onsite parking

Self Contained Suite in Magill

We have two sets of accommodation. The suite displayed here, as well as a two bedroom house called Magill House listed on Airbnb. They are located beside each other but are on separate properties. We have run our accommodation since 2000, and enjoy meeting people, and have a good understanding of the tourist aspects in Adelaide.
