It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

Η προσέγγιση με τα πόδια στο Ιστορικό Κέντρο και στην αγορά είναι 10-12 λεπτά ενώ με αυτοκίνητο 5 λεπτά.Το σπίτι παρέχει όλον τον οικιακό εξοπλισμό. Η κοντινότερη παραλία βρίσκεται στα 7 λεπτά απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο. Το κατάλυμα περιλαμβάνει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο καναπέδες-κρεβάτια.
