The house will soon turn 80 years but is modern and well-equipped. The common space is spacious and perfect for inviting a bunch of friends over for dinner or Swedish fika. There are two large terraces, the upper one with a covered patio for chilly or rainy days. The area is very calm and lush, but by metro you can reach the city centre in just 17 mins!

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

The master bedroom has a 160 cm bed, the second a 120 cm, and the downstairs an 80 cm bed. Outside, the terrace has furniture and barbeques. Ten minutes walk there is a large mall with everything you need for your stay and the train/metro to town
