Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Compact, really clean, great flat in a quiet residential street but with easy access to tubes and buses. Every area looked modern and freshly renovated. Lots of facilities that we didn't use such as a dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you for the extra touches like tea and coffee, it was greatly appreciated.

Loved our stay! Location is great with public transit nearby, restaurants down the street, and in a peaceful area. Apartment was cozy and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Easy to find and settled right in with everything we needed available for our stay. Within walking distance of shops etc and only 15 mins to the train stain and direct trains into Central London. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay here - tons of space, and an updated/well stocked kitchen. The hosts were very communicative about rules and checkout procedures. It was also nice to have access to a washer and dryer.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Mary's house was in a perfect location for visiting our friends and family. The house was bigger than it looked in the photos and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and communication with Mary was so easy and she responded to any questions that we had quickly. Thank you for the cereals, milk and other goodies. We highly recommend Mary's House if you are in the area and we'd definitely stay there again.

Lovely well maintained spacious property great for families or those who want quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very comfortable furniture and very comfortable bed.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Perfect for what we needed it for. Flat was lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable Kitchen had all you could want. Nice walk into Brighton along the sea front We got slightly confused with parking, but mark was very responsive. Would definitely stay again

Flat 3 was the perfect place for us to stay. Excellent instructions for arrival, parking, and access to handbook of all equipment for the property. Free parking and so easy to walk into the hustle and bustle of the town. Plenty of choice to eat, variety of prices. Plus - Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer Food on the doorstep should you prefer to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed, bathroom lovely and clean with all toiletries provided should you require them. Max and Carrie-Anne respond quickly to any requests. Will definitely stay again .

this house is in a great location, directly opposite to the pier with a co-op round the corner. the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom with good water pressure and the garden gets full sun all afternoon and evening. we didn't have problems with parking but also we didnt really move the car once we parked it as its close to everything and we didnt feel we needed to go anywhere else.

Khrystyna’s place was the perfect base for our girls trip to London. It’s just a few minutes walk from the tube station, the area is very clean, it feels safe to walk around and the street is really pretty. The living room space looks onto a garden with tall trees and plants that give privacy. It was a pleasant surprise to look out onto green and hear garden birdsong so close to central London. The flat is tastefully decorated and furnished and it’s equipped with everything you need for a short stay. This property will be top of my wish list the next time I need a place for 2 people in London.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

We had such a lovely weekend at Louise's property. The place was really lovely and clean and felt really homely. The location was great, it was minutes away from the beach and the local shops. Louise was a lovely host. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay on Hayling Island.

We found this apartment to be the perfect launch spot for our brief stay in London. The location was so perfect. Just 1 block from the central line, getting around the city was a breeze. You're also walking distance to beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point but the host was quick to retrieve our keys for us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would recommend this place for up to 3 people who want a laid back London experience!
