The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

Check-in is 3pm; check-out is 11am (these times can be adjusted sometimes).

You can hike out our front door, the Appalachian Trail nearby, or relax on the porch swing. Approximately one mile off paved road on gravel county maintained road. Ignore any No Trespassing or Private Property signs on the gravel road to house. Those do not apply to you.
