For breakfast you'll savor local specialty foods such as gourmet granola, artisan bread, steel-cut oats, and more. If you like basking on a deck or chilling on a porch, then this is where you'll want to call home.

Peaceful by the Sea with breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Bringing in ready made foods is fine.

North Falmouth Suite 'downstairs suite'

This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

Secret Garden Suite with full breakfast

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. Joining Airbnb in May 2016 changed and enriched our lives by the many travelers we have hosted and friends we have made. We look forward to being your host soon. We believe that the breakfast we include with the room rate adds substantial value.

Captain R11 - Small Single, Twin bed & Shared bath

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 11 is a Very SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with a TWIN-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

B & B at the Double B Ranch l

Welcome to the Double B! Please note our check-in time is between 4-6 pm. This is very important as we are a busy ranch and retire early. We have 2 rooms (see B&B at the Double B Ranch ll for 2nd room) . The 9 acre ranch is located in a quiet, private section of Chiltonville, Plymouth. We can serve a light breakfast at 8am but prefer to sleep in that is fine. Please let us know if you have any dietary concerns. I'll try to do my best accommodate you.

The second floor of a Victorian Sea Captain's home steps from the 'Rock,' whale watching, restaurants & more. 3 suites, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single beds, each with sitting areas, full baths, microwave, mini-fridge and TV. Please note—you do not have access to a kitchen. Access to a library/lounge, free coffee, sunroom and 2 patios. Hosts live on the first floor but our office is off the guest room hallway on the 2nd floor.

We are located on a quiet pedestrian and cycling dominated road immediate to the marshland along Cape Cod Bay - just north of and parallel to the Cape's oldest and scenic main road, 6A, in the village of Yarmouth Port. The entire second floor of the original"full cape" is yours via a private entrance. A continental breakfast will be at your door each morning, to be enjoyed in your sitting room or at the table on the terrace.
