Located just off High St (voted Time Out’s 2024 “Coolest Street in the World”) & the cafe precinct of Westgarth & Merri Creek bike/walk trail & parklands. Great public transport - train, tram & bus routes. Tea/coffee, toaster, microwave & fridge. Very comfortable bed. Friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful hosts. Flexible checkin/checkout times.

The Garden Apartment

Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

Cosy inner city loft with the comforts of home

Studio loft, fully self-contained, with ensuite, with a netgear mesh system for full wireless coverage. Also, a washing machine and kitchenette. It is a perfect nest for one. Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne. Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

Enjoy well deserved retreat in a cosy guesthouse located in a safe, friendly and quiet Alphington, in inner city Melbourne, 7km northeast of city centre. It has a private entrance and outdoor sitting area. The Alphington train station and buses to the city are all within 5-minute walk. Local market is on every Sunday by the Alphington station. Various eatery, restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby suburbs of Fairfield and Ivanhoe. Off street parking available at the back of property.

Private Studio Bungalow Stylish guest studio bungalow with a delightful garden outlook. Private entrance. A relaxing living area with TV with Netflix, WiFi and small kitchenette (water accessed via bathroom sink.) Comfortable double bed and small second room with an additional living area and single sofa bed for a second bedroom. Located in the heart of Westgarth 1 minute walking distance from public transport and to the wonderful Westgarth Cinema, cafes and nightlife. LGBTQ- friendly.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

This beautiful studio is located in the garden of my property down a path at the side of the main house. It is fully self-contained, renovated and fully furnished with a large private deck and it's own private garden. The studio is fully insulated, has a split system heater/ air conditioner, washing machine, TV, good Internet, dining table and stools, comfortable couch, and a super comfortable high quality queen sized bed. It has a kitchenette and separate bathroom.

Patricia's Place - cosy, quirky, vintage shopfront

If you're looking for 5 star luxury, and marble bathrooms...then 'Patricia' isn't the place for you! What you will love is the welcoming and inviting spaces. My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
