The lake is famous for fishing, the home is near a marina where you can rent boats or put your own boat in and drive it to the home. There are some good hunting spots nearby, as well. This beautiful location is perfect for a peaceful fire while you enjoy the outdoors! There is wildlife galore in this oasis.

The 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home, off of a dirt road, tucked away on a 5 acre estate is the epitome of serenity. Sprawling land, hay fields, a classic 4 level barn w/ cattle pens in the back. It has wide views of the country, with all the amenities modern life requires. There are large flatscreen smart TV’s in every bedroom and the living room - Starlink Wifi will ensure easy connectivity for your stay.

Fully equipped for those looking for an easy place to head with kids(think pack-n-play, portable bed rail, toys ect) and even those without littles(think board games, cards, books). Flat yard for games or easy kayak launches into the lake. Boat launches are 5 min away and our dock has a boat slip for safe storage. Even fishing off the dock makes memories.

Both bedrooms have King size beds! Plus a loft with twin size trundle mattress and day bed. Only a few mins from The town of Chapin which offers great dining options and shopping. Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore.
