This garden level apartment has been previously used by visiting family and friends. The one bedroom features a queen size bed, with a queen sized pull out in the living room. This has just received a lovely new wool topper for your comfort. Outside the living room you open the door to a fully equipped covered patio and private yard. Located in the center of our community, you will find it a short walk to wherever you wish to go. To the back of the property, you will find our city park.

We have a quant little cabin/house here for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. It sits under some old cottonwood trees that offer just the right amount of shade to help keep you cool and comfortable. Fall is in the air. Not only are the sunrises and sunsets amazing, but weather is also very comfortable. So whether you are an earlier riser or an evening person you will enjoy. Adorned with a spacious wrap-around deck at the front, guests can immerse themselves in the natural splendor surrounding them. The only television provided is an older model located in the loft.

Basement houses three bedrooms, One queen, on Twin with a Trundle and an additional Twin. Bathroom in basement has a shower only. Washer and dryer in basement as well. Small yard, garden and quiet neighborhood.

Deer Creek Pony Express Cabin

This cabin is located on 9 acres of private property with 3 other houses it has a fenced in yard for kids to play and dogs to run. The deer creek is just a stone's throw away from the cabin as well as a park for kids to play. Deer Creek Pony Express used to be a home station for the pony express route and the Oregon trail. The pony express ran from 1860 to 1861, and it ran from St. Joseph Missouri to Sacramento California. Come and enjoy this historical property.
