Entire self contained house in beautiful Suffolk

A quiet and comfortable chalet, with gas central heating and everything needed for a relaxing stay. With excellent WiFi and off-road parking, and in the heart of Suffolk. A 7.5 Kw EV charging point is available, with costs based on usage and electricity cost. In the pleasant village of Great Waldingfield, with a pub, village shop, and close to Sudbury (3 miles), Lavenham (4 miles), Bury St. Edmunds(16 miles). We live next door so are happy to help with directions and what to do in the area.

There are two local pubs in West Hanningfield one of which is within walking distance. The vibrant Chelmsford City Centre is only a 10 minute drive. The cottage entry is via a lock box.

The Cabin Near Stansted Airport

The Cabin was created to offer a luxurious stay, equipped with Kingsize bed and luxury bathroom. In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, induction hob with pots and pans and a dishwasher. For breakfast you have eggs, fresh milk, bread, and a variety of cereals, jams and spreads. With beautiful armchairs and a bistro table to eat, work or just sit back to enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc. Outside there is a small private garden too.

Recently converted Nissen Barn on beautiful farm

The recently converted Nissen Barn is located on a farm in its own private meadow. The barn is surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside - rolling hills, ancient trees, wildflowers and grasses, hedgerows, horses and sheep. The conversion was completed in March 2021 and sleeps 4 adults in 2 big bedrooms. There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step

Seashells is a beautiful seafront apartment with amazing views over the Estuary. Sit back and watch the ships sail past or cross the road and you are on the beach. We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. In the heart of lower Wivenhoe on the quay, our little self-contained cottage was once part of the home of The Colne Marine and Yacht Company. Its thick brick walls and quiet and pretty disposition, defy its former role as a working yard where timber yachts were crafted and repaired, drawn up inside at high tide. Emma and Charlie welcome guests back time after time to relax and enjoy this very special place. We hope you will join them.
