We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

My Air BnB experience at Sacha’s apartment was excellent. It had a high quality kitchen, spotless bathroom, great lounge with clean new furniture & excellent WiFi, making it the perfect layout for food, relaxation and work. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable with clean linen and fresh towels provided. All of these amenities were supported by a very warm interaction with the host. It was an amazing experience in London delivered by a host who understands the need for a professional accommodation service with high quality fixtures and fittings. Sacha’s immaculate preparation and hard work resulted in minimal fuss for me during my stay and provided me with an exceptional accommodation experience - pitch perfect for a traveller on business.

Marcus's place was great for our visit to Cornwall. The apartment was very clean and in a nice building. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and two beaches. When we got lost during check in Marcus was available over phone and he called us again later to make sure we got in okay. Very friendly!

L’appartement était conforme aux photos, très propre et surtout fonctionnel. La localisation est idéale avec la gare à proximité, la port et centre ville accessible à pied. Une ligne de bus est également disponible dans la rue pour rejoindre le centre ville par exemple. Garry est très réactif et les instructions sont claires. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

Kevin was very helpful, patient, and responsive, especially since we checked in on a Bank Holiday and got a little overwhelmed by the busy marina. We can't ask for more in a host and would stay in this beautifully furnished flat, which is right in the middle of the marina's restaurants and shops. The corner shop, a cafe, and a restaurant are right downstairs from the flat. Despite being in the middle of the nightlife, it is quiet and comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights. It was the perfect location to get to the beach in less than 10 minutes by foot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again if I came back.

Ce logement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. il est très calme, grand et très agréable. thé et café étaient les bienvenus et la gentille attention qui nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur était une surprise bien agréable. Si je reviens à Margate, je retournerai avec grand plaisir dans ce logement

This is a very comfortable and generous flat for a couple: well-equipped, with a sunny aspect yet cool in hot weather (admittedly April so cannot guarantee this in August - no air con). Superb location for the beach and morning sea swimming. Quiet and yet only a short walk from a couple of nice bistros near the pier. Everything as per the billing. Maureen very quick to respond to any messages and this contributed to a very relaxing stay.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

Mariusz was an exceptional host, very responsive and clear. Very accommodating to your needs. Views are amazing, great location to local transport. Has access to a gym. We even extended our stay a couple days and that was very easy. Place was clean and cosy.

I absolutely loved Jack’s place! It looked even better in person—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The decor was modern and thoughtfully done, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location in Hove was perfect—much quieter and more relaxed than Brighton, yet just 20 minutes away by bus. Plus, it’s right next to the train station, which made getting around super easy. Jack was always super quick to respond to messages and really helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

A perfect base to explore from, it’s set in a lovely location, close to bath, lots to do. It’s a very nice modern little apartment! :) with everything you could need, clean, super comfy bed, the pool was lovely and clean and no one else was in there so that was nice to have exclusive use. Suzanne was brilliant, check in was easy, everything was explained, and Suzanne even sent a message to let us know about local events that were happening. Would definitely recommend, we were very happy with our stay.

We’ve been visiting st Ives at new years for about 15 years now and this stay is in the perfect location, stunning views in every bedroom out to the sea, 5 mins max walk to all the restaurants and even a spotless lovely gym in the house! Faz and his family were staying in st Ives at the same time as us and they were super friendly, helpful with everything and even treated us to a bottle of wine! Couldn’t recommend staying there more we definitely hope to be back!

Morgan nous confie SA maison, maison où il fait bon vivre, qui n'est pas un logement vide insipide et sans vie, il y a toute sa vie dedans, ses souvenirs, ses passions, sa vie et il nous confie ses clés sur le principe de la confiance ce qui est très agréable dans cette époque "particulière". Cette maison est très agréable et ses équipements permettent un vrai séjour de déconnection et de détente Cerise sur le gateau, Morgan est sympa et n'est pas avare sur l'histoire de sa maison ou pour donner des conseils sur ce qu'il y a à faire / voir autour de chez lui.

Eastholme is a beautiful, modern property, set back from the road and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Ideally located for the beach, Eastholme is a fantastic base from which to explore Trevone. The interior of the property was modern but felt like a home from home

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything that we needed and much more. There are a number of shops close by with a little Spar a walking distance away - amazing location. All the rooms were clean and lovely to stay in. The shower! I could have stayed in the shower for HOURS if possible! It was incredibly handy to have the washer and dryer available too! John made sure we had some milk and orange juice in the fridge, not to mention the amazing cookies ready for my coffee. We will be travelling back to Exeter in September again and will 100% be booking with Bez again.

We were a family party of 7 who meet up the same time each year. This accommodation was just perfect - literally had anything you need. We were lucky with the weather and managed to have 2 BBQ in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.
