L'appartement est soigneusement équipé et décoré dans un style contemporain au design scandinave et donne la priorité au confort feutré et chaleureux - un vrai cocooning! Le salon est équipé d'un canapé convertible complété par un coin lecture et de l'autre côté d'une grande table de dîner, le tout avec une vue sur l’océan. La chaîne HiFi est équipée Bluetooth et la TV connectée vous permettra de profiter de vos films ou de regarder les différentes chaînes disponibles. La chambre orientée sud dispose d’un grand lit double équipé d'un matelas en latex, respirant et confortable, pour vous offrir une relaxation complète. Il y a également un lit "canapé" avec un vrai matelas confortable. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit "canapé" et un lit gigogne qui se transforme en deux lits. Le parquet en chêne français huilé couvrant tous les sols offre un confort chaleureux. Une approche éco-responsable a été respectée lors de la rénovation en 2017. Le linge de maison est issu des fibres biologiques et/ou écologiques. Tous nos produits d'entretien et d’hygiène sont également écologiques. Vous trouverez, à votre arrivée, les lits faits, les serviettes fournies et du savon écologique. La cuisine est bien évidemment totalement équipée et nous y avons déposé tous les extras dont vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances agréables; des verres à champagne, une cafetière programmable pour bien commencer la journée avant même de sortir du lit, des mugs isothermes pour prendre votre boisson chaude sur la plage, des moules à gâteau pour satisfaire les plus gourmands... et vous trouverez également les petites nécessités issues de l'agriculture biologique ou responsable; un assortiment d'épices, poivre, sel, huile, vinaigre, café, thé, sucre, farine... vous êtes ici chez vous! Vivez au rythme des marées, confortablement installés pour contempler l'océan, les vagues, le va et vient des bateaux et tous les activités nautiques proposées sur la plage des Sables Blancs. Vous êtes aux premières loges! Le spectacle est grandiose, même quand le soleil n'est pas au rendez-vous... encore mieux lors d'une tempête ! Le jardin surplombe la mer et vous offre un accès direct et privilégié à la plage. Le bout du jardin forme une plateforme ensablée, véritable petite plage privée sécurisée par un muret. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter dans la région. Vous pouvez facilement adapter votre séjour à vos souhaits. N’hésitez pas de me solliciter pour des conseils. Notre voisin, le Thalasso de Douarnenez, vous permettra de profiter des soins de bien-être, de l’aquagym, d’un sauna et d’un hammam… Pour vos pauses gourmandes, vous aurez le choix entre rester au calme dans votre appartement, savourer votre repas dans le jardin, toujours avec vue sur mer, ou découvrir les cafés et restaurants à proximité. Le petit sentier de balade longeant la plage vous mène d’abord au port de plaisance puis au Port Rhu et son Port-Musée et enfin au port de pêche, le Rosmeur. Vous admirerez en passant par les ruelles les ateliers d’artistes et maisons de pêcheurs. La suite de la balade passe par le site naturel des Plomarc’h et son village de pêcheur historique, sa ferme pédagogique et ses vestiges gallo-romains. La jolie ville de Douarnenez a quatre ports et de nombreuses plages. Les activités proposées aux alentours de la Villa Glaz Ocean sont nombreuses: sports nautiques, balades en bordure de mer, randonnées, soins de thalassothérapie, marche aquatique, découverte de l’estran, pêche à pied, musées, balades équestres... et une vraie île aux trésors hantée par la légende de la Ville d'Ys, l’île Tristan, accessible à marée basse en visite guidée! Gare de Quimper 26km – 40min en voiture Bus no 51 de la gare de Quimper en direct jusqu’au Port de Plaisance de Tréboul, Douarnenez – le dernier arrêt Salvador Allende est à 15 min de marche de la Villa Glaz Ocean. All the five en-suite bedrooms have super-king beds, dressed in luxurious White Company bedding and the bathrooms all feature powerful monsoon showers. The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with every item of kitchenware you could possibly need to rustle up anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. By Train: The hourly high-speed train service takes approximately one hour and twenty minutes from London, St. Pancras to Deal town centre and the house is a ten-minute walk from the station. By Car: Deal is twenty-minute drive north Dover and well connected to the motorway network. One parking permit is supplied for guests use, additional pay and display parking is readily available.

Cette pièce est aménagée avec une cheminée en parfait état de fonctionnement, deux banquettes en lin de la marque Flamant, et un canapé convertible (excellente qualité de couchage et ouverture facile). La Salle à manger est aménagée avec une jolie table ronde de la marque Flamant, de 6 fauteuils, et dispose de 2 fenêtres vue mer, et est aménagée avec un canapé convertible. La cuisine est indépendante et parfaitement équipée (lave-linge, lave vaisselle, plaques vitro, four, réfrigérateur et congélateur, cafetière nespresso (capsules fournies). La chambre est aménagée avec un lit sur mesure de 155 x 200 cm, de liseuses led, et d'un écran télé au mur. Cette chambre est aménagée dans un esprit cocooning. Elle bénéficie de deux fenetres avec vue mer. Une jolie salle de bains en marbre, wc séparés, placards. Vue exceptionnelle sur mer. WIFI Haut débit illimité, TV et lecteur accès vod.
