Private beach, walking/biking distance to Harbor Springs. 1 queen bed. 2 shared bathrooms. The house is 118 years old, there is NO insulation NO heat in the main part of this summer house & bedrooms. Heated: kitchen, 3 piece bath & TV room for your use. Electric blankets & fans are available for the bedrooms if needed. No pets. LGBT Friendly.

Also, Second room is Your very own private suite with a king bed, full bathroom and deck off the bedroom. Your own entrance too. The master bedroom is downstairs so very private.($250 a night) Great location near Boyne Highlands for golfing and biking. I'm a private chef for over 20 years. Simple breakfast is included.
