You have a private BBQ , outdoor shower to rinse the sand and AC in both bedrooms. The living quarters and kitchen have ceiling fans to keep circulation . This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a new pool overlooking the surf. A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down to read a book or catch up on some work. A workspace and WIFI are available for the remote worker.

No pets allowed.
