Style and Luxury by Parliament and Liberty Square

Relax in a luxurious space in the most prestigious and elegant district of Budapest close to Parliament and the beautiful Liberty Square. High specification with two en-suite bathrooms, aircon, dedicated home office, designer kitchen, five hob, three oven range cooker, multi-media, designer furniture. Beautiful building with lovely views both to internal patio and rooftops of classical Budapest. Very quiet and secluded on the third floor with lift. Original artwork and beautiful mid-20th century furniture combine with a stunning belle epoque interior of parquet floors and period features You will not find a more luxurious, more beautiful and better placed apartment in central Budapest. It is located in the most prestigious part of Budapest (best part of District V) a stone's throw from Parliament, and the most beautiful square Szabadsag where the American Embassy resides. It is also a short walk to Margaret Island for relaxation and exercise. The building itself with lift is in immaculate condition externally and internally adding to the experience of the apartment itself. It features a dedicated home office so is particularly good for those travelling on business or simply wish to have a dedicated space to catch up on work and emails as required. The kitchen features a five hob, three electric oven range cooker with dedicated dining area in the stylish hallway area so is wonderful for evening entertainment. The main living room has a new bluetooth enabled media and music player system along with smart TV. It is very unusual to find an apartment with A/C in Budapest due to restrictions on installation but this apartment comes with full hot cold function. It also has a back up electric hot water heating system in the event of a problem with the main boiler. Both bathrooms are en-suite with the master bathroom having both roll top bath with mixer and separate shower. Architectural features include period illumination, door fittings and artwork from Buenos Aires, designer furniture from UK providers, period bathroom fittings from Victorian Plumbing, parquet, mouldings, french style wall panelling and vitreaux. All of this luxurious space is at your disposal. Either I personally or one of my assistants will be there to greet you. I also have an airport pick-up service which depending on plane times can be arranged in advance of your arrival. I am in constant touch and have another property in Budapest also on airbnb where you can see from the reviews that I respond promptly to guest requests and provide good recommendations on where to go , cafes and dinner places. Close to all the major attractions in Budapest - parliament, St Stephens basilica, Liberty Square the grand buildings of this neighbourhood will remind you of Paris or Vienna at its best. Close to the elegant Liberte and other top restaurants. One minutes walk to parliament and 2 minutes to Kossuth Lajos metro. 5 minutes walk to St Stephens Cathedral. Arany Janos metro on line 3 is 5 minutes walk. The picturesque tram 2 is at the bottom of the street. Margaret island for nature lovers and runners is around an 8 minute walk. Basilica is 5 minutes walk away. To ensure maximum coverage it is essential this remains on the ledge by the stained glass window. Network is Internet router upc (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), password YEGHGMJN The smart TV has Netflix account, simply switch on, select menu and then scroll for Netflix and choose account “stephen”, there are also children’s channels and youtube. There is no dedicated cable channel service. To use the hi-fi system, switch on and then using the “mode” function (second from left) press through the functions until you reach “BT” for bluetooth. The connect your streaming device such as phone or tablet and select samsung micro 12d954 There is a TP-Link internet repeater plugged into the wall. This is essential for achieving decent wi-fi coverage in the living room and main bedroom particularly for the smart TV so please do not disconnect or move socket locations. Heating and hot water The thermostat to switch the heating on and off is on the wall in the hallway next to the main bathroom. The Honeywell thermostat shows the ambient temperature, simply press the arrow buttons up or down to lower or increase the temperature. There is back up heating through the three air conditioning units located in the living room and bedrooms. To switch on ensure first the display on the remote control is showing the right mode which is the “sun” icon then simply switch on. It normally takes 3-5 minutes in standby mode before the heating comes on. The hot water is instant from the boiler located in the loft above the second bedroom. If the pressure drops there is a filling loop which feeds the boiler which should be switched on for no more than a couple of seconds and then switched off again. Both showers feature an “anti-scald” feature. This is a small button on the shower mixer which cuts supply to the hot water if there is a temporary interruption of cold. If the button is in the “high” position simply depress and simultaneously turn the mixer tap anti-clockwise The main water supply switch off is under the shelf space in the cupboard immediately to the left of the of the kitchen sink. To access take out the shelf and then using a small screwdriver insert to the valve and turn to shut off. Kitchen The electrolux reverse action tumble dryer is a condensor model so it traps the water in a plastic tank on the left hand side of the machine. Once this fills up (it wont go on if its full) you need to simply take out and drain water and then re-insert. It is also important to take out any fluff from the filter at the front of machine to ensure it operates correctly. Aeg lavanat prototex washing machine - the simplest program is the 20 minutes fast program followed by a 17 minute spin.Because of its location it is difficult to open the panel to put in the wash liquid so its easiest simply to enter directly in the machine. To start the daewoo microwave simply open the door as this triggers it switching on and select program. Electricity The apartment has 3-phase electricity. The fuse box is located in the hallway to the right hand side of the entrance door. If any part of the electricity cuts first check the lower box to see if a single phase has cut and then switch on again. If it is simply an individual item that has loss of electricity power then check the upper fuse box and see which switch has dropped and switch on again, all are labelled according to function. Miscellaneous Lowering the blinds at night helps reduce street noise and also helps heat insulation. Generally speaking no loud noise is tolerated in Hungary after the cut-off of 9pm Plastic and paper should be separated for recycling. All bins are on the ground floor rear of the building Access Access to the building is using the blue magnetic key device which should be touched or held close to the street buzzer panel. The apartment is located on the third floor. Take the lift to the third floor and on coming out turn right and the entrance door is on the corner. Guests can buzz up from the street typing in “23” and the intercom button automatically opens the front door. Primary access is from Batthory utca but it is also possible to enter the building using the blue access device from Kalman Imre street Close to all the major attractions in Budapest - parliament, St Stephens basilica, Liberty Square the grand buildings of this neighbourhood will remind you of Paris or Vienna at its best. Zagreb's Heart-Four Minutes Walk to the Main Square

Step through the white door from a secret garden of a 19th century building, and enter a modern apartment. Right in the heart of Zagreb! Sun streams in through tall windows to illuminate beautifully refurbished parquet floors and high ceilings. This private and tranquil apartment in the old city center has been thoroughly modernized with every convenience for a comfortable stay. Main sights and museums are just a few minutes walk each direction you choose. Many parks, the best restaurants, cafes and shops are right here. Ideal place to stay; in the center of it all, yet nice and quiet. Spacious and newly renovated, apartment Zagreb’s Heart is situated in a PERFECT LOCATION. Right in the middle of it all, yet VERY QUIET and peaceful with garden entrance. Complete privacy! The location is one of the best ones in Zagreb as Ilica street leads you directly in easy 5 min on foot to the Main square or in 3 min to all the museums and main historical sites (2 min walk from funicular to old Upper Town). The infrastructure is excellent; there is a bank next door with 24h ATM, several grocery stores, health food stores and bakeries few steps away, lots of restaurants and shops and famous open market Dolac is several minutes by foot. This is the most famous shopping street in Zagreb. If you like to walk, run or just relax in a park, one of the biggest parks Tuškanac is 3 mins. from the apartment. The passage to Tuškanac park from Ilica street is very popular area with high end designer ateliers, bars and art movie theatre. Pedestrian zone with popular Flower Square is a short walk also. There you can find the only shopping mall in city centre. Fully furnished and equipped apartment with high ceilings that combine historical elements with modern décor can comfortably accommodate 3 guests and a child. There is one king size bed, one foldout bed and a crib. The place consists of spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, very large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of closet space and a bathroom with a shower. The place is very quiet with fresh garden air so you can leave your windows open on warm days and nights which is a rare find in city centre. It is situated on the second floor accessible by stairs, secured by separate entrance with intercom. The building itself was newly reconstructed and is very well maintained. We supply unlimited WIFI internet free of charge. There is LCD TV in the apartment with over 80 international channels including sport channels, news channels, channels for kids and more. The apartment is very warm during winter with central heating unit for individual regulation and cool during summer with AC as well. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving). There is a washing machine, ironing board and an iron provided as well. Hair dryer is also provided. Fresh linen and lots of white fluffy towels are standard offer of the apartment, all proffesionaly cleaned. There is a pair of disposable slippers for every guest to feel more comfortable. You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment with all its amenities including fully equipped kitchen, LCD TV with cable - international channels, free wifi, great air condition, central heating, personalised guidebook with our local recommendations and insight tips for full Zagreb experience. We provide airport shuttle, a travel cot, high chair and much more on request. I am available to my guests for any help or information 24/7. Hopefully you will fall in love with Zagreb like many do! The apartment is in the very center of Zagreb. Easily walk to all historical sites and museums, bars and restaurants, amazing parks, shops, and a supermarket across the street. A famous open market and an art movie theater are within a few minutes' walk. There is a beautiful park for a morning run or an evening walk nearby. Park your car in a nearby garage because you will not need it during your stay. Also, tram stop is steps away with direct connection to Central Railway or Central Bus station. Most main city attractions and sites are right here. Everything is within a walking distance, no need for a car. Many areas are pedestrian zones. Central station and bus terminal is several (direct) tram stops away. Tram stop is just a minute away. I will send you detail directions when you book. Taxi in Zagreb is not expensive, there is also Uber and Taxify service available. If you wish, I offer VIP taxi pickup from the airport at reduced price to all my guests. If you are arriving with private car, a daily ticket is available at price of 60 HRK (app. 8 EUR/day) or a weekly ticket for 200 HRK (26 EUR/week) at a fantastic nearby public garage Tuškanac. There is a charger for electric vehicles as well. You can pull over shortly at street entrance in front of the apartment to leave the luggage if you wish to do so. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.

Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Kick Back at a Cool Urban Oasis with Industrial-Chic Style

In heart of Zagreb pedestrian zone, next to many bars and restaurants. Great starting point for exploring city. Free: WiFi, cable tv, towels and linens, detergent for washing dishes and clothes, spices for simply cooking and coffee for coffee machine. I will try to help you as much I can to make you enjoy your stay. The building is in the heart of Zagreb's pedestrian zone, just steps from main square. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

Elegant, Stylish Art Nouveau Home Besides Old Town Square

Enjoy staying in my beautiful Art Nouveau home built during the 1890s but with all the modern amenities one could wish for. Thoughtfully renovated two-bedroom apartment with large ample rooms featuring historically high ceilings decorated in ornate stucco moldings, queen-size beds, high-speed internet, and a large spacious walk-in rain shower. The ideal place to call home while in Prague for either a long weekend, a business trip, or why not a long stay. Let my reviews speak for themselves!

Live in central Storuman but still directly by the lake close to outdoor activities such as fishing, boating and trail walking. If you pick berries or catch fish you'll appreciate the large freezer. Cook you own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Our cottage is ideal for experiencing what Storuman has to offer or just sit back and do nothing. Our guests like the silent surroundings and the porch view. Please note: Self service - Bring own bed linens and clean the cabin before departure.

Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

Nur einige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt liegt diese charmante Flussuferwohnung. Die Wohnung ist 55m2 gross, hell und renoviert, im scandinavischen Stil eingerichtet, falls verfügbar, kann ma auch eine direkt mit dem Aufzug erreichbare Garage benutzen. Die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Sehenswürdigkeiten und ihr reiches Barock zu entdecken. Wir helfen gerne mit einem extra Bett für ihr kleines Kind, man kann auch eigene Fahrräder im Haus aufbewahren.
