Recently updated, it offers that little bit of luxury along with history, charm and quirky features. We’re an upside down house featuring master king bedroom with ensuite, 2nd king room (can be twin), bunk room and bathroom to the ground floor. Upstairs is the spacious living kitchen. Externally is a gated driveway shared with next door and private, paved patio area with seating.

Fitted to your private patio is a super luxury high tech extra warm hot tub that is private and for your use. The lodge is fully equipped with TV, Sound System, Luxury Sofas, Fire Place and fully fitted Kitchen with all the equipment. The Master room also has En-Suite. JJs also owns the Bar & Restaurant Onsite. Guests are well looked after!

Nestled in 30 wooden acres of a secluded nature reserve, your lodge is the perfect hideaway. The open-plan sitting room flows comfortably through the dining area to the kitchen. Alternatively, throw open the French doors to make the most of the beautiful setting and enjoy al fresco dining on the verandah, overlooking the lake—a king-size bed, with an ensuite bathroom/WC, and a large bath and shower overhead. The home is in a quiet corner of the farm with views over open countryside. The garden is securely fenced with a large lawn which is a safe area for your dog Please list pets when booking. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let me know before booking. There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away
