The additional guest bedroom is inviting and offers a serene atmosphere along with abundant closet space. Every bathroom is equipped with high-end plumbing fixtures and elegant vanity cabinets. This home does NOT have a grill. There is a community seasonal pool and year-round parks available, as well as a public golf course for all guests through Eagle-Vail community. Notes: -Driveway parking is available for guests, 3 cars max. -As it is common in the Valley, this home does not have air conditioning, but the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep throughout the summer. Recommended to open windows at night and shades down during the day in the summer months. -During the colder months, the house is kept cozy by the use of hydronic baseboard heaters in every room, with separate controls in each bedroom. -Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival. -The home includes complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation -4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms.

I am located 3 minutes from the Beaver Creek parking area, and 12 minutes from the town of Vail. This accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
