The 380 square foot studio guest house (open concept) sits behind our Bungalow in a centrally located historic neighborhood.; a 15-20 minute walk to Durham's vibrant Central Park District and a little further to downtown. Close by restaurants, music, movies and shows. Sleeps 2 comfortably on queen bed, and 2 additional on convertible couch from IKEA. Living area joins kitchen and is open to bedroom (see photos). Enjoy some tranquil time at our Duke Forest Hideaway. The guest house is located inside our safe gated property adjacent our 35 acre horse farm. Just outside the front door you will have access to a mile of wooded walking trails around the farm. Just 2 miles from Duke, 5 miles from downtown Durham UNC you are still in the center of everything! The unit has a private entrance and parking, patio, stocked full kitchen, and washer dryer.
