Má kompletne vybavenú kuchyňu s plyn varičom, umývačkou, rúrou a mikrovlnkou. V obývacej časti je TV a štýlová kachľová pec. Možnosť pripojenia na internet je samozrejmosťou. Priestory sú klimatizované. Kúpeľňa je vybavená priestranným sprchovym kutom, umývadlom a automatic. práčkou. Možnosť stolovania je v interiéry ale aj v altanku.
