Welcome to Reel-Axe-Inn cottage on 525 acre all sports Union Lake. Our cottage is small but functional! We are about 10 min. from Union City & Athens, 25 min from Coldwater. During summer season you can bring a boat or jet ski's to put in at the public dock and enjoy our floating raft. Our dock/seawall area is a great fishing location (bring your own fishing gear), we have 2 kayaks for you to enjoy, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating in both sun and shade. A cozy, comfortable vintage cottage offering lake views. The property is embraced by the 21K Acre Waterloo State Recreation Area, one of the largest in Michigan. Take a hike, run or ski on the nearby trails and visit the Eddy Discovery Center, easily accessible just a few steps down the street. Sheep farm nearby welcomes baby lambs in the Spring, but the herd loves treats from guests year round! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the rocking chairs on the deck and the stars twinkling overhead after dusk. New in 2025 - carpets and king in master bedroom!

Cottage is located in a quiet cove on Randall Lake (connected to 7 miles of lakes 1100acres). Lake view is spectacular. Front room is all glass. 4 kayaks and paddleboat. On the water enjoy fishing, tubing, sking, swimming. Relax outside under 2 large shade trees on patio for those hot summer days. At night watch the moon reflect off of the lake while enjoying the fire pit. 18-hole public Coldwater Club Golf Course across the road.

Everything inside and outside the cottage was recently remodeled including a brand new bathroom. You and your guests will love the well manicured property.
