Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Apartment JOLIE, free parking and spacious terrace

Welcome to Apartment Jolie, a stone Mediterranean house located on a small hill called Montovjerna. The house is surrounded by greenery, pine trees and a beautiful view of the sea, the bay and the island of Lokrum. On the spacious terrace you will be able to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. The Old City Walls are a fifteen minute walk away. One of the most visited beaches called Bellevue beach, which is reached by stairs, is located nearby the apartment.

Our recently renovated house "Kuca Mala" (size 50 m2) is situated in the heart of Dubrovnik, in quiet and friendly neighborhood offering privacy and amazing view. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik.
