Includes TV, Satellite TV, Gigabit Internet, full bath, kitchenette, grill including propane and utensils, (upon request), and a Porch with chairs and table. This 700 sq ft, two room barndominium is located in the gated lake community of Linn Valley Lakes in Linn Valley Kansas. It was updated in 2025 and contains a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, one queen bed and fold-out sofa, electric fireplace, two AC units, and two 45" TVs. It has year-around WIFI, YouTube TV, and is a short walk to the swimming beach and public pool. It also has a large outdoor patio w/fire pit, wood, and Bluetooth speakers, and small dogs are welcome.

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night while enjoying the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that is being renovated to enlarge the bnb. The walk-out basement is all new and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Hazel’s Place is a two bedroom two bathroom home that is handicap/wheelchair accessible. It has a queen bed and one twin bed in each bedroom. Also available for rent are 10x10 horse stalls with 10x20 turnouts. You will need to provide your own hay, feed, bedding, buckets for water and feed. You are required to clean your own stalls. This is a working farm with horses, dogs and cats. The owner lives in a house next door.
