The Arcade was built in 1828 and is the oldest shopping mall in the US. Enjoy easy access to the city's best dining, shopping, and entertainment just steps away. The loft is conveniently located near Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) and WaterFire. The standard check-in timeframe is 3pm - 8pm, however, accommodations may be made with advanced notice.

Historic Downtown Arcade Condo

Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two. A murphy bed in the living room folds down to a twin bed. The Arcade is in the center of downtown Providence, a 5-10 min walk to Brown and RISD.

Waterfront Studio, 10 min to Downtown Providence

Enjoy your own waterfront retreat in this beautifully renovated, professionally cleaned boathouse down a private drive in a quiet, former estate. This hideaway is just 10 minutes to downtown Providence and the colleges and a short, 10-minute picturesque walk to historic Pawtuxet Village for shopping and dining. Come stay at our magical tiny house with a yellow door! A lovely retreat tucked away with an equally magical garden. Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. It’s what Airbnb was when it first started, just regular folks opening up their spaces for people who love traveling and exploring or who might be curious about tiny house living.

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Welcome to our modern and cozy city apartment on a commercial street w/parking, less than a mile away from Downtown Providence! Walking distance to Broadway St, West Fountain commercial corridor, and Providence's west Side. We hope our renovated unit, equipped with a new bed, G-Home mini speaker, projector (stream your favorite shows, movies and more, directly from your personal devices) + other amenities will make for a comfortable, and enjoyable experience!
