Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Original plank wood floors, lots of preserved original details, coupled with modern amenities like a remodeled kitchen and bathroom and dual AC units. The upstairs is a king bed and a private makeup (or work) nook. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Dining room seats six, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for basic cooking.

Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
